Mobility is a key element for healthy aging

Our musculoskeletal system is important here. We lose mobility over the course of our lives, muscles have less strength and mass, bones become more susceptible to fractures and joints become inflamed. Accidents, diseases, overweight or Obesity, but also degenerative changes in joints, muscles and tendons or brittle (porous) bones have a negative effect here.
