GEMSTONE ECOSYSTEM Survey: STSM report

In the last grant period of GEMSTONE, a STSM took place with the main aim of creating a detailed survey for all GEMSTONE members, which will map their expertise and record with details the availability of the data within the GEMSTONE. This STSM was conducted by Artemis Gkitakou with the collaboration of the Erasmus Medical Center, Netherlands, and the University of Belgrade, Serbia. The main supervisors for this STSM were Prof. Dr. Fernando Rivadeneira, Fjorda Koromani, and WG1 leaders Dr. Nerea Alonso and Prof. Dr. Ivan Soldatovic. The survey has four sections: Section 1: General Information (e.g., name, education); Section 2: Individual Expertise (e.g., programming skills); Section 3: Data (e.g., type of available data); and Section 4: Group Resources and Expertise (e.g., type of lab you are working in). The results of this survey are part of deliverable 1, and the ecosystem report can be found below.

Important note: All sensitive information has been removed from this report; all the information has been safely stored on the server at the Erasmus Medical Center. For more information regarding the results, please contact Prof. Dr. Fernando Rivadeneira atf.rivadeneira@erasmusmc.nl
