This meeting will be held twice a year and will involve the WG1 members to coordinate the activities based on the information provided by the other WGs. Meeting agenda: -Summarise the needs of the other working groups obtained from the one-to-one meetings. -Brainstorming the format and questions included in the survey -Elaborate a survey to circulate among the whole GEMSTONE members -Distribute tasks between the WG1 members to coordinate the data collection -Elaborate a report with the results of the surveys. This meeting will benefit the WG1 members as they will participate in the preparation of the surveys and collection of data and will have specific tasks to complete. This will lead to improve the network among the WG members and will open the contacts with the whole GEMSTONE to all the working group members, to maximise the data collection.
