The annual meeting will last two days: the first day will comprise an MC meeting and working group meetings and the second day will be a workshop organized by WG3: Translational Research in Monogenic Bone Disorders: From Bench to Bedside. The annual meeting will be held in Rotterdam, The Netherlands in September 2022 on the 21th of September 2022. The one-day 19workshop aims to target YRI (Young Researcher and Innovator), clinical scientists etc. and is separate meeting aimed at giving sole visibility to GEMSTONE. The Workshop will feature different translational tools that can be used to investigate novel genetic and genomic findings, use of animals as translational model systems in different monogenic bone disorders, clinical spectrum of monogenic bone disorders, and examples of how translational research has aided in the discovery of drug targets for monogenic bone disorders. A networking dinner is planned to take place the first day of the annual meeting. The whole network will be invited to attend, however only 30 will be eligible to have costs reimbursed. All WG leaders will be eligible for reimbursement. Other attendants will be prioritized as follows: 1. Affiliation in ITC 2.Career stage (early career will be prioritized) 3. WG membership (those affiliated to a WG will be prioritized) 4. Sex balance
